I'm reading this thing right now....and it seems to me that for someone on anabolics alot of this is either not applicable or like redundant. Seems like alot of the protocols in the diet are for preserving muscle loss, which anabolics help us achieve pretty much 100%. So i'm trying to figure out my cutting diet here as i have a show july 26th and i don't know if i should take some of these principles and mix them with others...or just follow the general diet outline on here like i have in the past. Granted i never got in contest shape with it. Any help appreciated
