    Diet/Cardio/PWO

    If, after a workout, I want to do 45 min of cardio. Where would my PWO shake come into play?

    It seems if I take it directly after weights, then I would just burn that during cardio???
    But if I wait till after my cardio, I wouldnt be giving what my muscles need in that "15-30 minute window"

    Or is there something else I should drink at different times??

    if your mission is to burn fat,, down it after the cardio with no worry's,, losing muscle is much more of an overall day diet then when your downing your shake! If burning fat and retaining muscle is what your after, that "window" can be opened up after cardio

    immediate PWO is arguable. some guys wait about an hour for PWO. if i were you though i would only do about 30 minutes of cardio, max, after a workout... and yes, pwo after cardio.
