hello, I've read the majority of the diet posts and I'm having a hard time figuring how to adapt the diet to best fit someone of my proportions and special diet needs. I noticed that the majority of the sample diets were written for people that are much larger than I am and may not have to worry as much about their sugars. I am 5'5" and I weigh 146 lbs. I NEED to get completely lean and shredded for an upcoming event. Can someone please help me! Thank you so much!
