Raw vs Boiled vs Scrambled eggs
I was just wondering if there is a big difference between the three. I know some foods lose some of their nutrients when cooked but I was wondering if it was a lot or not.
Also, are boiled eggs better than scrambled because I sometimes get tired of boiled and like to switch up to scramble for a change(Egg whites).

it doesn't matter if you cook or scramble them. but yopu have to cook them. pasteurized eggs are the only ones you don't need to cook.
do a search for more information, this has been discussed many times.

Agreed. Cook em. I scramble em then put some cayenne pepper and sugar free ketchup on there. Good stuff.

I just hard boil about 12 at once and then munch on the whites through the day.
