No problem. Casein is slower digesting so while your sleeping you're burning that protein instead of muscle. Ideally for me from my trial and errors I've found that Udos oil and cottage cheese have been my best before bed meal.

It's an oil that has all the O megas. I believe it's; Omega 6: 3.2 grams per serving , O mega3: 6.4 grams per serving ,O mega 9: 3 grams per serving.
You can do a google search for it for more information. It's kind of expensive but worth it if you're not getting all your EFA's in your daily diet.
