    heeeeeelp!

    hey everyone i have recently been on a diet but i feel like i am starting to fall apart!

    I need everything to be in order (carbs, fats, protein) that i should eatin at every meal!

    i think i am doing pretty good though i started about a month ago at 234 and i weighed in yesterday after running at 218..but im sure some of it was water weight too

    Lean Meat
    Apple
    Protein Shake

    salad

    Meal 6
    Protein Shake
    apple

    i dont know this is roughly what i eat..it constantly changes because i am in college but this is mostly it

    i just feel like the potency of this is dying down..and i was just wondering if i should change stuff up or not

    Try eating a cheat meal once a week like pizza, taking in a bunch of crap food once a week will trick your body into raising your metabolism, after ur cheat meal ur body will stay at high metabolism for alittle while, in the mean time go back to ur diet.

    i wouldn't eat shit. just carb up. read CBino's post on cycling carbs. that will give you all the shock you need.
