After reading quite abit about dieting ive decided to go with the following breakfast to try and bulk up and was wondering what you guys thought? All input is much appriciated!
I am 6'3, about 196lbs, looking to get up to about 230 gradually. Following Rippetoe's beginners bulking system in the gym.
Breakfast is like this:
150g Oats with 140ml Semi Skimmed milk and 100g raisins.
