Breakfast Bulking Meal
After reading quite abit about dieting ive decided to go with the following breakfast to try and bulk up and was wondering what you guys thought? All input is much appriciated!
I am 6'3, about 196lbs, looking to get up to about 230 gradually. Following Rippetoe's beginners bulking system in the gym.
Breakfast is like this:
150g Oats with 140ml Semi Skimmed milk and 100g raisins.

honestly its a pretty poor meal

where's the quality protein? the good fats?

Yea bro!Its very poor.......it can't have more than 30grms of protein...not good at all

Breakdown for the meal is 32.8g pro, 179.3 carb, 19.8g fat and about 1030 cal.
Cant remember what i was reading lol i have a habit of reading various things and forgetting where the info comes from.
So whats bad about the meal then? not enough pro, too much fat?

a third of your daily macros in one meal for starters.
