I think it may do more good than harm, help with energy and hold a little more water in the muscles, however weight loss may be initially a little slower do to the creatine absorbing/loading into muscles. Good Luck--

True. I don't really mind a pound or two on the scale as long as the bodyfat % is going down.

IMO, I find creatine invaluable when cutting. If your training intensity is high, creatine mono will definitely do more good than harm.

Weight loss MAY appear to be a little slower but, keep in mind, you should be concerned with loss of bodyfat and not weight- creatine will not slow down the rate at which you drop bf%.

i honestly stick to monohydrate. personally, i don't know much about those 2, but i would go with the one with less sugar.

Vitagro-CGL is monohydrate with waxy maize starch. No sugar. If I do use the monohyrdate should I take it will High GI carbs to induce an insulin spike or just mix with water?

Vitargo will cost you a fortune in the long run.

Stick to micronized creatine mono- very cheap and is one of only a few supplements that has evidence supporting its effectiveness.

i agree with nova, i use it bulking, cutting or maintaning. i just stick with straight mono, creapure from prolab has worked great for me. dont worry as much about the scale, worry more about your bf% going down. also some people complain of bloating bad on mono, i have never had that problem but I always make sure and get 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of water in me a day. hope that helps.

also, don't worry about that loading phase. it's crap marketing. if you are going to go everyday stick to 5-10g. and as rocket said, gauge your progress by a mirror not a scale.

I agree. I never load when I take creatine. Drink about 1.5 gal if water a day to prevent bloating.

guys CEE is the way to go when cutting IMO. I hold far less water in my tie in points and can get totally shredded like a prune even with 10gms per day. I tried cutting with mono before and it worked ok but I could never shake all the water to where all my striations are showing. I use a great NO3 product called NO3 overload by CMI, it has 5 gms of creatine ethyl ester per serving and I usually take almost double serving pre workout.
