So its been 2 months and i lost 22lbs. I feel great but need help
Im going to be using clen, and need some advice. I am 6" and 270lbs, My body fat is at 31%,not sure how true i did it online, and i want to bring my body fat below 15%.
My food plan is:
2000 Cals
5% carbs
65%fat
30% protein
I was wondering if anyone can give me some feed back and or food and work out schedule. Also if I should stack clen with anything or just take clen. also a good cycle to use clen for my goal.
