Is the 1g per 1lb rule for ordinary people on normal exercise/diet. Only if they were looking to get bigger. Normal sedentry people who dont train can get buy on very little protein.
Im doing a major bulk cycle and aiming for around 5500-6000 calories a day.
Im so stuffed I could puke lol
If we stick to the 40:40:20 Protein:Carbs:Fat ratio then how many grams of protein is that??? based of 6000 cals it would be 40% = 2400 / 4 = 600
Iv seen it on here before but cant find it now
Is it 1g of protein or carbs = 4kcal correct
and 1g of fat = 9kcl correct
