    DNP diets

    iam about to start dnp and i have been reading about it for months and i know pretty much everything there is that i need to know, but i want some personal opinions on what to eat when iam on it. i will be running it for 14 days-
    1-2--200mgs
    3-11--400mgs
    12-14--600mgs
    iam 20 yrs, 215lbs, 5'10, 4 solid years of working out. 3 cycles.

    any advice would be lots of help. I will keep everyone posted and ill try to have before and after pics.

    i was also wonder is anyone thinks it is a bad idea to run it with letro, iam recovering from gyno right now. (nothin bad)

    anyone run 200 mgs for 28 days, kinda think that might be better

    i would go with 200mg for 3-4 weeks instead..you'll feel way better and the results wont be that much different..

    Whats your current BF? Cant be that high if you have worked out for years and weigh 215 at 5,10. Im just over 220 at 5,11 sub 10% BF.
    I eat my normal cutting diet on DNP but the trouble is i get wicked carb cravings and end up eating a load of junk and sweating a lot.
    If you crave carbs try to stick with fruit. Pineapple is good. Other than that just eat as you normally would. Atkins diet would not be a good idea though due to the possibility of dangerously low blood sugar.

    iam probably about 16-19% bodyfat. PB2001- what did ur dnp cycle looke like??

    I have done a couple. I ran 1 cap a day to begin with for 5 days, then increased to 2 caps (500mg) for a further 5 days and then finished on 3 caps again for 5 days.
    I next ran 500mg ED for 14 days as three caps was too much for me.
    I am now running 250mg ED for 20 days mainly to help with the mixing of slin and igf (it helps stop you going hypo)

    thats my personal experience..i tried to keep a cutting diet, but the carb craving make that hard..the craving got worse on a higher dose too..i ate mexican food on 600mg..holy crap I was sweating buckets for about 2 hours..it was nuts

    WOW, mexican food aha. yah iam just getting reall confused with what dose to do and for how long. when u were on a low dose could u do ur workout at all.

    yeah i could work pretty well on 200mg/day..the higher the dose, the harder it was to work out..i couldnt even last 30 minutes on the higher doses

    jeez chill out dude!! You sweat bad, your energy levels suck but you lose fat. fat loss varies depending on diet and the individual...

    First Of All Gdluck To Ya!! Keep Me Posted On How Your Cycle Is Going. I Would Love To Know.

    I'm Also Starting My Cycle On March 3rd. I Have Done Several Cycles In The Past But In The Past 2 Cycles My Diets Was Really Shitty. I Wasn't Able To Go To The Gym And My Sugar And Carb Cravings Was Ridiculous. I Managed To Maybe Lose 6-7 Lbs. But Barely Noticed Anything. This Time I Have To Check My Diet Because No Matter What People Say. Diet Does Matter With Dnp. I'm Gonna Watch My Fats, But Will Eat Carbs. Trying To Go 40/40/20 Approach.

    Stats:
    6ft
    247lbs.
    Bf: ??? Probably Around 24%
    Goal: To Get Around 16%

    20 Day Cycle:
    4 Days: 200mg
    4 Days: 400mg
    8 Days: 600mg
    4 Days: 800mg

    good luck at 800mgs, i am in day 4 just bumped it up 400mgs and iam starting to heat up a little bit. trouble sleeping. turned down my house temp by half and evryone comes in and are like wtf its so cold and iam sweating. but i must say love this stuff so far. i changed my workout to 2 sets instead of 5 cause iam so weak.

    yeah thanks... notice any weight loss yet? today is my last day on 200 mg... today has been a just a lil hot but nothing at all. actually feels nice cuz jersey is freezin nowadays.

    dnp aint worth it imo, i have ran it many times and a couple times were at doses that would kill 2 hippos and a rhino...
    i lost mad fat but the sides hindered me in the long run.
    the hunger pains, the sweating/dehydration, and lethargy are god awful.. at lower doses where u dont get sides u dont really see any gains.. and at higher doses where u do see gains you get too many unwanted sides plus EXTREMELY DAGEROUS LONG term sides.

    yeah iam on day 7 and i have lost 8 pounds so far. i had sex on it yesterday night before i went to bed and i dont recommend it at all. i had to go site outside for like 10 minutes to cool down my BT.(400mgs). iam love this stuff and gunna do it again forsure.
