iam about to start dnp and i have been reading about it for months and i know pretty much everything there is that i need to know, but i want some personal opinions on what to eat when iam on it. i will be running it for 14 days-
1-2--200mgs
3-11--400mgs
12-14--600mgs
iam 20 yrs, 215lbs, 5'10, 4 solid years of working out. 3 cycles.
any advice would be lots of help. I will keep everyone posted and ill try to have before and after pics.
