I got some panini rolls from the co-op. It makes a nice pro/carb meal or snack.
1-panini
1- can tuna drained
1 tsp of low fat mayo
onion, didnt measure that.
Mix it and put in the panini. Throw in the oven for 10min or so. just untill crisp. Tastes fantastic to me. First time i'v had one.

Tatal for everything not including the onion.

Makes a good snack, only problem is 10min later im hungry again. But its better then being bloated from the food. Dahm oats![]()
