Panini & Tuna not bad at all

I got some panini rolls from the co-op. It makes a nice pro/carb meal or snack.

    1-panini
    1- can tuna drained
1 tsp of low fat mayo
    onion, didnt measure that.

Mix it and put in the panini. Throw in the oven for 10min or so. just untill crisp. Tastes fantastic to me. First time i'v had one.

    Nutritional value for panini
    1 roll at 125g
    12.75 protein
    57.5 carb
    1.3 fat

Tatal for everything not including the onion.
    46g Protein
    57.5g Carbs
    1.9g Fat
    431.1 kcal

Makes a good snack, only problem is 10min later im hungry again. But its better then being bloated from the food. Dahm oats

My can of tuna has 32.6g protein drained. Yup thats how much protein those panini's have. Got them from the co-op. i'll have a look at some others from a different shop to compare protein. I know thats not 46g protein, just rounded it up. Its more like 45 point something.
Carbs and fat are dead on though.

what size can of tuna you using.

bhamstaff, yours would have 32.5g protein for the full tin, or something like that.
i might get some of that john west if pennys allow lol
