    If it fits your macros?

    Seems like many people say things like "If it fits in your macros then eat it."

    I did some research. I found that 2 scoops of protein with a Krispy Kream Donut fit mine! Yay! Also so does a steak and 2 beers! Not saying that I am gonna do that. Anybody got any other really, really horrible meals that fit their macros?

    when i say if it fits into your macros i am talking about the dietary approach they have chosen. usually a cutting diet or a lean mass diet. not some bullshit experiment to see how much garbage fits into their daily caloric needs.

    Sorry nova, I didn't mean to upset you, comment was meant to be funny that's all. I am pretty sure I have met you before(if that's you in your avatar) and I think you have a better physique than even JP(err used to have). Props to you and your knowledge on diet.

    My broker tried the Weight Watchers diet and had his diet figured out to where he could still have 6 beers every night. He also asked me when I went to lift and where so he could have someone to lift with since he's finally trying to get in shape. I was lost for words!

    I know nothing about that diet besides that each thing is given a point value and somehow he was able to starve himself all day to be able to have 6 Heineken's at happy hour.

    Heres something I just found on their website that is so freakin pathetic;

    Each dieter is allotted 18 to 35 points per day depending upon the person’s weight when entering the program. If the dieter stays within their point range by eating healthy foods and exercising they will begin to lose weight.

    While using the Weight Watchers points plan, dieters can eat whatever they want including take out and sweets, as long as they stick within their daily point limit. Some examples of food and their corresponding point value include:

    One scoop ice cream: 4 points
    One bottle beer: 3 points
    One slice pizza: 9 points
    One cup grapes: 1 point

    I suppose they would put themselves out of business if it actually worked. How would they get their repeat business. If I was on that diet I would have 11 beers a day!
