How many of you keep simple sugars in your PWO shake even when cutting?
Do you adjust the amounts?
Many thanks

this question is asked pretty frequently, do a search to find some different perspectives. your body isn't going to change much in response to your PWO offering. it is used to start protein synthesis and blunt cortisol release. use them or don't it doesn't matter... just do what works for you. trial and error my friend.
I add simple sugar to my diet And I am still cutting,
I add non fat milk, fruits, and sometimes small peices of chocolate.
Thanks Nova. Sorry if it is FAQ. I'm ususally really good with the search function, must have got lazy!
That is why I have so few posts, even after reading the board for two years. Almost every question has been asked...some over and over!
i wasn't flaming. i was just saying it is a resource you could use to see the different perspectives that i mentioned.
I know, no offense taken.
Thanks
I do it. I feel like it helps me retain lean muscle. I keep it around 30g PWO only.
I actually find that for my body type, I can go with straight protein after workouts and I seem to gain the same amount of muscle.
What I do instead is eat 2-4 fruit immediately before my workout.
I just actually recently asked this. I am cycling my carbs (3 days low 1 day high) and i use my normal PWO on my high carb day. That damn thing is sooooooooo f#$kin delicious after 45 minutes on a treadmill. ON Chocolate whey (50g) with 50/50 dextrose/malto. I feel like i cheat with every sip...love it!
