    Good work man. Hard work pays off. I know about 100 people are going to ask you what diet and supplements you followed so I would put that in here as well. How are the legs coming along?

    u know... i dont really work out my legs :-P

    with all the excersizes i do, i get a leg workout like everynight!!

    but yea, i dont really work em out, but they do get a workout on there own, and i do my cardio on sat., i know sunday morning my legs are dead !!

    i want to look like the late 80's early 90's Van Damme !!!

    i want to look thick, but cut thick, but not bulky big like hulk hogan, jus thick and cut.... like van damme back in the day !!!

    and of course maintain that look for the rest of my life...... and trust me, i will!! i will not fall off when i have a fmaily or get busy in life or work to much, i will always make time to stay in shape, and i love to set examples, i will be an example that no matter how hard and stressful and busy life can get, you can still look good and stay in shape !!

    just you wait !! ima be 47 years old and ima weigh 183lbs+ with only 9% bf !!!

    For the record, failure to train legs adequately (in the gym) will only hold you back from your long-run training/physique goals.

    That should be no problem ..... There are plenty of the older guys contributing to this forum who have kept themselves in good to great shape throughout all the shit that life throws them!!

    it doesn't look like 54lbs difference in those photos.

    I mean, 196lbs to 142lbs and u look like u lost around 10% bodyfat...that should be like 19-20lbs!?

    Good job regardless, just the figures are a little odd...

    You look great now though
