4 Whole Eggs
3 Strips of chicken bacon
Protein Shake with 1% milk
Meal 2
Lentil Soup
Half a can of salmon on whole wheat bread
Meal 3
Chicken Breast or Fish
Brown Rice, 2 cups cooked
Veggie
Meal 4
Protein Shake with 1% milk
Veggies
Fruit
Meal 5
Lean Hamburger
Brown Rice 2 cups cooked or Whole wheat spaghetti
Veggie
Meal 6
2 cups of Yogurt
Fruit
Meal 7
Protein Shake before bed with 1 % milk
I'm 22 years old 5"11 and weight 160 pounds...Any opinions/suggestions are greatly appreciated. I'm trying to gain muscle mass also. Should I be eating more per meal? Adding in another meal? Thanks alot guys/girls.
