help needed?
hello everyone i'm new to the world of steroid, so i figure i would do my research and there is lots of good info here. i have been lifting for so time now. i'm 26 5'-7" 215lbs and about 20% bf. being lean is not something that run in my genes(i wish i had a family pic to show you). my diet is not the best but i eat
meal 1- egg beaters, chicken breast, and oatmeal
meal-2 protein shake
meal-3 cottage chesse and protein bar
meal-4 slice ham
meal-5 pasta and chicken breast
pwo- isopure drink and red bull
meal-6 steak and brocolli
i lift 5 days a week and have been getting slow results. i know i could get my goal naturally but i would like to boost myself so that i don't lose my motivation due to slow result. anyways i have been reading lots of post and figure it was time to introduce myself. please feel free to comment on any aspect of my routine. i will have no hard feeling (I'm here to learn).
