Hey guys/girls just joined the site. I have been looking for a while.
Well Im 5'8 and 135. I have been working out for about 6months. But nothing serious until 2 months ago. My question is how much calories should i eat?
I tried clicking on couple sticky calories calculators but they wouldnt work.
Another thing is that im of east indian decent so I have to eat rice mostly at dinner since i do live at home. I eat steak but not at home. Eggs, chicken and anything else is fine.
I saw quite a few posts. So my main question is how much calories do i need to gain some good muscle/bulk while eating moms recipie for dinner. Morning-dinner i can eat whatever.
