    Ok Guys< I Need Your Help< Emergency

Hey guys, i need some help. i need to lose about 30 lbs of pure lard in about 10 weeks, emergency.

first off, i'm not totally new, i have 2 cycles under my belt.

cycle 1. 12 weeks of test e and eq
cycle 2. 12 weeks of test and 4 weeks dbol , followed by t3 and diet.

    stats after cycles: 6'2 215lbs 10% bf

then along came life, and i suffered a sever back injury, i could'nt move off my back for 6 months and it has taken 2 years to recover fully, all i could do was lay in bed and eat. long story short i went from 215lbs to 297lbs in little over 8 months!. well when i could start working out again, i followed diet and cardio, plus hit the weights(natural). i am presently at 245lbs and about 20% bf.

i am expected to be going to boot camp in about 12 weeks and and they have told me that i Have to be under 220lbs MAX, befor i can go- I seriousily need help. this is emergency advice and i don't plan on keeping an exteme regimin for longer than 10 weeks, please guys i need ur secrets- diet, exercise, supps all of it p.s. i have been on this site many times for about 6 years however and i have read all the diet stickies and everything but what i need now requires extreme measures - how can i make this weight in 10 weeks! help please i'll do anything, also i have 4 bottles of mex t3

Nobody?, well anyway after doing some thinking, i think i'm gonna cut out all carbs and eat mostly tuna, chicken breast and salad with calorie free dressing, while taking whey flax seed oil and glutimine, six small meals a day and doing cardio twice a day (3 miles total on treadmill), as far as supps, i was thinking of using stacker 2 ( anyone got good results with this stuff?)what do you think?

i dunno what u can use as far as supps or gear. maybe clen . i've heard that stuffs supposed to be good. but use a whey supp too.

but for ur diet, stick to tuna, water, fruits. not the best diet but it'll definetly help. and cardio ur ass off. i'd run more than what ur doin now.

    hey champ

measure your calories so u eat ur bodyweight in lbs x 10. split it into 30-35% protein, 10-15% carbs and 50-55% fat. Do cardio twice everyday and the fat will melt off. Thats what i do everytime i am cutting up and for me it works very well.

    Good luck

sammy, look at the cutting sticky and use it as a primer and create a diet based off of its ideas. use the harris benedict formula to calculate your daily caloric needs FOR YOUR LEAN BODY MASS. then split those calories over 6 meals if that's what you want to do. then get about 30-40 grams of protein in every meal and then substitue fats and carbs for teh rest of your macros.

boot camp is also about cardiac endurance, not just meeting weight. so i would do your regular morning cardio. then later in the day about an hour after a pro/carb meal. you need to run a mile and a half as fast as you can. training will be important not only for your size, but for fat loss itself.

Thanks alot guys (especially bones) i have read the diet sticky's and much more however, i need to lose the weight as fast as humanly possible, it may not be healthy but here it goes

    10 week plan

    7am - cardio run 3 miles
    8am - meal replacment bar
10am- salad with 4z grilled chicken - no dressing
12pm - 1 can of tuna, whey protein shake
12:30- weigts, medium weight high rep circuits
    2pm- meal replacment bar
    3pm- salad with light dressing
    7pm- meal replacement bar

2 gallons of water per day

What do u think? i know it's a dratic cut in cals(1100) but i'll bump them up every 3 weeks by 1000 cals
also i'll post pics this week and post my progress, thanks alot

i think it sucks. take the advice given by those above. you can meet those weight loss goals intelligently. no reason to lose any muscle you have in the process. create a standard cutting diet based on your calorie needs. use whole protein sources and low GI carbs and healthy fats, and you can lose that weight in 12 weeks.

As far as the Meal Replacement bars, not a good idea. Full of stuff thats not needed for your diet. Stick with whole foods. Good luck though

30lbs in 10 weeks is extremely unlikely unless you're on a starvation diet or heavy drugs, and in either case it's unhealthy as ****. What's the rush? Can't you put off the boot camp for a little while longer?
