    cardio and diet

    Hello,
I am new and have spent hours and hours reading. I am going to be spending lots more time
reading and learning. and the search button is my friend.

I want to lose 20 pounds like a bolt of lightning. I have purchased whey isolate, tuna, brown rice, oatmeal, chicken, fish and lots of supplements.i drink tons of water only. I am going to try to work out everyday and i was thinking about doing cardio if possible 2-3 times a day.

if i eat say 2500 calories a day by eating the above mentioned foods im thinking if i workout and do cardio for 45 min at a time up to 3 times a day if i can i might burn off a thousand calories or more out of that 2500 for the day then i can lose weight faster. is there anything wrong with this logic? Is this what i need to be doing? my goals are to lose fat, lower bodyfat% cut up and look better fast.

I plan on eating every 3 hours unless thats not good?? also on the brown rice uncle bens 90 second what portion size should i be eating at a sitting? I want to get more muscle to increase metabolism so im not sure if this is the best approach? my body type is an endomorph, im 5'9, 218lbs, around 30% bf or less now according to an online calculator eww i know

Also when eating protein since im trying to lose weight fast should i eat a whole chicken breast or a 4 oz portion? should i keep all my protein intake to 4 oz portions and maybe add more frequent meals?
one other thing i am new so i cant contact swolecat about diet and nutrition but i would like to know if i could afford his services and get his help on a diet, timing, portions and food variations. If youre around man id like to talk to you i need some help.

btw im learning so much there is such a wealth of knowledge and inspiration here! this is a great site thank you guys..

Do your macros so that you come up with a 200-500 cal deficit a day. Do 300-500 cal in cardio. Then a 3200 cal deficit is 1 pound of body weight. Plan to lose 1 to 1.5 pounds a week. I believe any faster than that you are stripping mussel faster than fat.

i don't know what you have been reading, but all of your questions depend entirely on your dietary approach. post up a diet plan my man. who cares if it's crap right now, it can be fixed. just look at the "cutting diet sticky" and post yours like that. macros, calories and stats listed. the more information you give us, the more we can help.
