my diet looks something like this i read in a muscle mag that eating 2 breakfests is a really good thing and i'll make you or break you so morning breakfest 1 i have a protein shake and a bannana 45min later 2nd breakfest i have 3 eggs and 2 packets of oatmeal then i have a fruit bar or something to keep my metabolism going 2 hours later then i have lunch witch is a turkey and swiss sandwitch on whole grain bread with an apple or something then 2 hours later another shake then another 2 hours later i workout right after workout another shake then dinner 2 hours after that chicken breast then some almonds beforee bed i heard was really good. i'm currently on a deca/sust cycle its my 5th week so everyones telling me to eat alot more i'm not eating enough and i'll never gain any muscle with that diet PLEASE I NEED HELP IMMRDIATLY BEFORE ITS TO LATE
