    if u work midnights-here's a diet ques. for u

    i am up for long periods of time. my shift is 11:30pm to 8am. i usually grab some tuna or eggs around midnight and then have some a muscle milk or lean body shake around 4am. i do not do physical activity while at work. should i keep it light with no carbs during this time being i will be going home to sleep after my shift?

    You are not any different then anyone else. Time is not a variable. You still have to consume your TDEE within the allotted time frame you are awake.
