Hi Guys
I have been using some stanazol and clen and i have shaved off 3 kgs of body fat
my diet consists of
oats with low fat milk mixed with protein for brekky
protein shake mid morning
chicken or fish or meat at lunch with either vegs or rice
protein shake mid after noon
dinner same as lunch
protein shake before bed
i wana cut some more body fat do you think i should stick to the above or can some one offer some of there experience
PS this week i just started using HGH 2iu a day
