    does anyone now anything about P-ratios & AAS

    well i was chating with some guys on here about this yesterday but no one could explain it to me.
    i am a footballer and need about a good 30lbs. i am about 18 to 20%bf.
    should i drop BF before i start AAS with would bring me farther away from my goal. i am a D-lineman so fat isn't a horrible thing.
    somehting about if you have a high BF and your on AAS you tend to put on more fat than muscle but if have low BF you put on more muscle than fat. someone please explain or give a web to go search on. thanks.

    that makes absolutly no sense.. infact its quite the opposite as each individual human body has a point of homeostasis of fat to lbm ratio. thats why its easier to lose bodyfat when ur in the 20% than it is when ur in the 10%(usually a platue point for most)
    aas has no effect on how ones body redistributes the nutrients you consume or how they are stored unless you are taking tren. this being said it should be noted that increasing the anabolism in ones body through aas can increase the caloric expenditure and burn more fat while putting on lbm.

    so saying "being fat will make me store more fat" is absurd just as "being lean means im going to stay leaner"
