I am working hard lately and am currently following the diet below.
Diet
Morning - Porridge + fruit
2 hours later - Protein shake
2 hours later - breast of chicken, cup of rice, green veg.
3 hrs later - fruit + water
2hrs later - wholemeal + peanut butter + creatine + EPH
30min - 1hr later - Gym
After gym - Protein shake + gluc
2 hrs later - fish + green veg
I was thinking that if I used 500 mg per week Test E and Anavar 50mg/day together for say for 10- 12 weeks with well planned PCT
Does this diet match what I am wanting to achieve??????????????
