    PWO shake, w/dieting in mind....

....other than waxy or dextr, is there a "good" fruit juice to use that would do what the high GI carbs are meant to do AND not throw off someone dieting such as apple, orange or grape juice???......just curious what the thoughts are since I do not have any waxy or dextr in front of me to compare ingred's to these juices.

Well if you are looking for monosaccharides, low GI carbs then fructose, glucose, corn syrup, dextrose can all suffice.
