I had a few questions about brown rice... I've read forums on here about Brown rice and what the differences are between brown rice and tasty white rice... I've came to the conclusion that long grain brown rice is the ideal choice.... but i cant stomach it so i searched around for other brands and i found one i like.....Uncle Bens Ready rice (Whole Grain Brown Rice)... here are some of the nutrional info....
