ok, i'm 21, 225, 6'1, BF= too much
ok, so i work out at about 7:30 in the mornings, so i was woundering if anyone could give me a descriptive diet i could run by. here is the trick, im trying to lose this weight as quickly as possible because im trying to get ripped. im planning on useing a clen/t3 combo but i need a diet to go buy. thanks a lot. i would have posted on beast's thread but i figured he had his hands full with all those other guys. thanks u guys in advance.
