are you trying to cut? can you post your deit so we can help? I always tell people to make sure they are consuming a good amount of healthy fats, MCT oil or flax/fish oil a few spoonfulls of ***** fats will always help you get more cals. har to know w/o seeing your deit though bro
almonds, peanuts, natural peanut butter are all EFA's and have a good amount of calories and there's always extra virgin olive oil
beef jerky is a good lean pro source if you cannot eat real food at work. Watch the sodium levels though. My first choice would be to take a couple of chicken breasts and 15g of unsalted nuts. Mix with light mayo and season with herbs of your choice then add green veg if you like.
Thanks for the help guys. My diet varies a little bit but for the most part it stays the same.
Whats weird is I decided I would have 1 cheat meal a week. On sunday. I ate a burger and fries sunday and really didn't enjoy it.
I am trying to cut but I cannot decide what I want to do. I finally got 305 on the bench tonight so I am happy as hell. Makes me want to stop cutting.
I have been stuck at 275 bench forever naturally. 8 weeks on test has got me 30lbs on bench. Seems pretty good to me.
