    Help please

    am trying to loses 40 pounds before the sumer start.
    This is my routen

    Meal 1
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 egg whites

    Gym
    30 min cardio
    Monday Tues Wed thurs Fri
    chest sholders tries Back Arms

    Meal 2
    2 slices wheat bread
    6 oz trucky
    1 ts Mayo
    1/2 cup lettes

    Meal 3
    Banana
    yogurt

    Meal 4
    6 oz meat
    cup veg

    Meal 5
    cottage chease


    Any help is great appreciated ..thank you

    If you wants some feedback you will have to break down the calories proteins carbs and fats for each meal. Calorieking.com is really good start for that.

    Whenever you get around to the macros you'll find that your meals aren't balanced at all. We'll give help when you get them tho
