Posted a question regarding using a fruit juice instead of waxy or plain dex, but when I was looking at the grape juice bottle, 160 cal's in an 8oz serving.....thats 320 cal's for 16oz and 2 scoops of whey!!!....what does the waxy or dex powder have? For some reason it sounds like a lot of cals to drink, BUT dont have any of the other stuff to compare.
