A Healthy Sweet Snack?
Ok i just got a BAD BAD craving for something sweet. I generally can control my cravings but this one was really bad. I dont have a sweet tooth per say but lately i do.
I was just curious as to everyones ideas/opinions on a healthy sweet snack. For me i just ate a handful of berries. That wasnt the "sweet" i was after, but it did the trick for now.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Core an apple, split it in half, sprinkle a lot of cinnamon and splenda on it and then bake it for 45 minutes.

Try some fresh pineapple too. I just got back from the store with a whole pineapple and it's like candy.

What I do when I want something sweet is Cottage Cheese with about 2.5 packs of splenda and cinnamon. Tastes pretty good man!!

This is something that I've thought of but have yet to try. Take some sort of crystal light and add a protein powder that would mix well with the fruit flavors of crystal light ex. vanilla, banana, strawberry flavored protein, and take an empty small container that could hold about a half a cups worth of liquid and pour the mixture in and then place a stick in it or something, and freeze it to make a protein popsickle. I think the protein would give it more texture so it wouldn't be like you were just sucking on fruit flavored ice. You could probably even try skim milk instead of water.
