    Where am I going wrong??

I am 45, 6’2”, 255Lbs. Body fat is probably high; I am guessing about20-25%. Over the course of the last six months I have changed my diet almost 180 degrees. I had gotten down to 250 from 262 but now steady at 255. My goal is to loose body fat. I believe some of my weight loss has slowed do to lifting again and adding some muscle. I believe I am loosening some body fat as it appears my shoulders and upper arms are looking leaner and more vascular. The problem is, my midsection seems to be getting bigger. Here is basically what I eat almost ever day. Please look at it and let me know what is good/bad about. I will admit cardio is very limited at this time but I am going to get started on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My diet is basically as follows:

Breakfast is 3 eggs and 3 pieces of wheat toast
My meals through out the day consist of two cans of tuna, couple chicken breast, salad, two PBJ on wheat, a mixture of carrots and cucumbers, yellow rice.

My work schedule prevents a definitive eating time but I spread the above items out during the course of the day. Dinner is usually considered to be healthy depending on motivation. Most of the carbs are eaten about 60 minutes prior to training.
I’m sure it is not perfect but there is no candy, chips, any real junk food, and mostly water and diet mt dew.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    * I dont have any pop period with my diet.
    * Try having some slow-digesting-carbs 30 minutes before training
    * Also, try having more fruit in your diet. Once again for the slow digesting carbs

You said it yourself, cardio is limited!!!!! That is where the results will come from, along with some changes in your diet. I would do cardio in the A.M. on an empty stomach!!! Me personally when cutting, I don't touch bread, so lose the PBJ's, as well as the toast for breakfast.. Oatmeal is a great replacement... I would go with more than 3 eggs for breakfast, and make sure they are egg whites. Invest in some whey, flax, and a multi. Once diet and cardio is in check, you could always take a fat burner, such as Lipoflame to help get rid of that stubborn fat. Hope this helps!!!!

Kind of what I thought. I plan on dropping as much of the carbs as I can and starting the cardio. I was just wondering if the rest seemed to be ok for weight loss. I am thinking of putting a fat burner in for a little extra help.

Just a heads up, tuna has tons of mercury in it. You're only really supposed to have one serving every few days.
