Can anyone give me a bit more info. In fit day I wasnt able to find exactly my question.
I would have to browse that site longer to find it.
My question is if I have to consume about 30 gram of protein per serving how many ounces of protein do I have to put on the scale for me to get to 30 gram?
    Im a bit confused

It all depends on the meat, but usually 4 ounces is around 20-24 grams protein.

That is actually quite correct. A 4 oz piece of lean steak or chicken is around 21 grams of protein. (Estimate of course but a good rule of thumb)

Thats the point of fitday. It tells you exavtly how much. It is different for each type of meat but yes 4oz is around 20-23g protein depending on the type and cut etc.

Just browse around the site and it will give you everything you need. For example you wanna know about chicken. Go to poultry, then chicken, then breast, boneless, skinless and put in 4oz. Tells you everything.
