    what do you need to consume right after cardio in order to prevent muscle breakdown?

    depends on what type of cardio you are doing. Low, medium, or high intensity?

    BCAA, consuming them during cardio as well would be pretty good.

    Low intensity on empty stomach for 45-60 minutes is best for fat loss. Then eat a meal that matches your daily macros.

    why do they say this meal shuld prefferably be pro and fat instead of pro carb.

    I haven't bought into the only pro/fat or pro/carb thing yet. Eat a meal that matches your macros. If you are cutting I would think it should be something like 55/20/25. +-10% with a 300-500 calorie deficit from your maintenance level each day.
