Alright, I work concrete so I bust ass all day with NO breaks and a 1/2hour lunch so my 4 day work week is hard to take in a good diet (eat often) or anything. This is what I am working with right now. What should I be taking in for calories? Fat? think im getting plenty of protien in. But i platue fast and stop gaining mass fast. what you what should I add to the diet? Want to stay real lean though and still see my abs
breakfast: eggs, bagel and protien shake (cant eat too much in the morning at 4am)
Lunch: tuna salad or chicken salad, cottage cheese, muscle milk
After work: protien shake
Pre-workout: NOxplode
After workout: protien shake W/ 5g Creatine
Dinner: 2 chicken breasts / scrambled egg whites protien shake
before bed: (sometime) protien shake
Shakes are Syntha 6 and are 44g protien per shake
