    help with diet

    just started cycle of sust and winny here is what my diet will look like fir the next 15 weeks...

    7am-6 hard boiled eggs 50g rolled oats.

    9am-can tuna 1 sweet patatoe

    10am-nutrament drink(45g carbs 30g pro 5g fat) can tuna

    12pm-large chicken fillet with cup brown rice some veggies

    2pm-large stake with 75g pasta

    4pm-turkey brest with sweet patao and cottage cheese some almonds

    5.30pm -work out

    6.30-quality pro drink with can tuna.

    8.30-large chicken fillet with veggies

    10pm -beef slice on brown whole meal bread.

    will also be drinking 5 liters of warter ed and muti vits ,natural yogort with hunny and almonds thuout the day..all meats cooked in qualitey olive oil..

    what you guys think ????

    any help would be great

    190ish lbs 10% body fat

    clean bulk ,then cut at end with winny ..........

    looking to add 12/15lbs of quality mucale and drop 2/3% in body fat....

    its very very easy for me to drop body fat.so the diet will be based on bulking

    i am 5,9 ,not quite sure what macros is ....lol.....sorry for the lack of diet info ,i have just been used to the stanadrd bulking diets but want to get this one spot on...

    my last bulking diet was dirty to say the lest and with minumal cardio i gained only 1-2% bf and gained 20lbs

    I meant you are lucky as you say it's easy for you to drop fat. I wish me too!
