New Guy here just looking for help .
Well im not that new to working out , I was really phisicaly active before i left the Marines in 2007, but ever since that i have put on some weight . I have read the LEAN DIET theread and the So you want to lear how to diet sticky.The only type of workouts i knwo is running and all that military workouts like marching with a ruck sack for 40 klicks . This is what i have gathred so far :
25 yrs old
212 lbs
5FT -7"
body fat is around 28-30%
for me to build muscle and get rid of fat i would need to :
*join local gym ( i did already )
*400g of protein
*100-150g of carbs
*small amount fo fat as possible .
*i should eat as many times possible , im shooting for 8 meals a day .
*add flex oils and udders oil to my diet , dont know how much though ?
*i have FITDAY so i guess that would help a lil .
*need to buy some whey protein and any ther suplement you guys sudgest ?
*i would like to do a cycle in the future maybe 3-6months from now but im still researching that . dont know what though ?
*i have a copy of mens health 12 weeks to the perfect body , dont know if that is a good source of info for workouts .
if there is anyone that can help me develop a diet for my self i would really apreciate it . any other help would be greatly apreciated .
