Subway tends to be really high in sodium and the bread sucks. Their whole wheat has high fructose corn syrup. Like naturalsux said, make your own sandwich, something like boiled chicken on wheat and load it up with veggies.

Yeah nothing negative will happen. You might not just grow as big as you could on a proper diet.

it shouldn't be a staple to your diet. but in a crunch it is ok i suppose. beats being deep fried.
but i don't see why if you have the time to go to subway you don't have the time to bring 8oz of turkey with you with two slices of whole wheat bread, a diet coke, and an apple? delicious and nutritious.

What's your bodyfat %? Look you are BULKING, it might not be the cleanest bulking diet but it's not bad either, main point is you are trying to put on some size so it's fine, you can do the cutting later.
But that's why I asked what your body fat % is because if it's too high than I would say make the diet even cleaner, but if not like I said you'll be fine put on that mass and don't worry tooo much on it being perfectly clean you can do that when cutting.
Edit: btw, this is just my opinion others might not agree. I bulk fine this way without being so anal about everything, I think people get too anal when they shouldn't be when it comes to bulking unless you are competing or what not, as long as you don't get sloppy you're fine, doesn't have to be perfect. But I'm a minority with my opinion.Last edited by Beefkake31; 03-21-2008 at 05:46 AM.

Haha ya I had a feeling I wasn't just didn't wanna come out and say you guys aren't admitting it lol. Good to see I'm not the only one. I mean unless you are competing you don't have bulk so perfectly clean. Hell even the ones that compete, a lot of them bulk semi clean, they just are trying to pack on size and then they can shred later (granted they have more drugs in their arsenal to help them achieve this lol)
But ya in the end , your body fat % starting point is the most important factor in knowing how to approach it.
