want to drop some body fat need help
hi all,well i need some help. well i am 250lb i have been traning for about a year nowi really need to loose some fat so i can c start cing some deff. i have just been eating quite a bit off protine and some carbs what should i be looking at eating and when, also wanted to no if its worth takeing any sort of eca stack or steroid any help would be good thanks gary

Post your stats, and a sample diet w/ daily macros/ per meal.

hi i am 23 5.10 i have oats in the morning at 7.00 then a couple of bit off fruit at 10.30 then some chicken pasta at 2.00 then a couple off chicken brests at 6.00 befor gym then protine shake when i come out any good (think is all wrong reading things now)

hey gazza, one thing i can suggest: dont wait so long in between each meal to eat. I think that you shouldn't wait any longer than 2.5 hours in between each meal, that will also allow you to eat more during the day and get more meals in, more carbs, cals, protein, all that good stuff
