im on a diet witch consists of 70% protein 25%carbs 5%fats. I take in no sugar at ALL. im basically eating just tuna, white rice, chicken breast, and steak at night. Let me just say, WOW. ive never seen my abs before.
i just wanted to know if you guys know of any other foods with 0 sugar.
someone said sweet potatos, i have to be sure.
the AR food profiles does not list sugar. i checked.
