right my name is curtis and i am 22 years old, i dont want to touch steroids tbh but i can not put on weight why is this, i am 5 ft 3 inchs and weigh around 112 pounds soo around 8 stone mark i am seriously stressed about this and it is takeing over my life steping on the scales everyday and seeing no change is depressing mee!! ive been training around 2 years now and have put around a stone on i am seriously thining off packing this in. could anyone please help i do admit my diet sucks but im not a bit eater, if anyone cud please give me some foods to eat it wud be much apreicated a list would be good just good foods to put muscle and weight on fast kind regards curtis![]()
