    right my name is curtis and i am 22 years old, i dont want to touch steroids tbh but i can not put on weight why is this, i am 5 ft 3 inchs and weigh around 112 pounds soo around 8 stone mark i am seriously stressed about this and it is takeing over my life steping on the scales everyday and seeing no change is depressing mee!! ive been training around 2 years now and have put around a stone on i am seriously thining off packing this in. could anyone please help i do admit my diet sucks but im not a bit eater, if anyone cud please give me some foods to eat it wud be much apreicated a list would be good just good foods to put muscle and weight on fast kind regards curtis

    you admit that your diet sucks, but are frustrated that you can't gain? you answered your own question: you can't gain because your diet sucks. read the stickies at the top of this section on bulking diets and diets for hard gainers, follow them and you will grow.

    Whole milk, fruit juices, bananas, protein shakes, dont worry about eating big meals just try to eat a lot of small meals.

    Whats your diet look like now? If you give a list of what you normally eat in a day and at what time i'm sure we'll be able to get you some more calories in there and help you gain some weight.
