egg whites.
My diet calls for 10 egg whites for my last meal.. After working, eating and training all day Im beat and have a hard time finishing them. Sometimes I wip them up and drink them raw. My question is am I getting the same benefits if I drink them raw as I do if I cook them and eat them.????

There can be some problems with salmonella with raw egg whites. You would get the same benefits if you didn't cook them.
I buy egg whites in a bottle. I feel not so bad that I am wasting the yolks.

They are pasteurized so that you can drink them. It even says that you can drink them raw on the label.

There have been threads about raw vs cooked before. People have posted scientific info suggesting they're digested better and the protein is used more efficiently if they're cooked.
Try scrambling them and add a little miracle whip and hot sauce.

Are egg whites any better or worse than Egg Beaters? I know they're straight protein, but is there any benefit to them over regular egg substitute?

For breakfast I mix egg whites and brown rice. Its good. I might throw on some non fat cheese next time.
