what do you mean 84 kilos = 180ish??

is it really the highest ammount of cals you've ever seen?

I've seen dudes do 8-12 thousand cals. Now that i think would be impossible for me.

Do you guys really think 6000cals is too much tho? I want to bulk up as much as possible.

Meal 1: Take out the protein powder and take out 2 cups of oatmeal

Meal 3: Replace protein powder with whole foods.

Meal 4: 16oz of tuna steak!!?? Holy mamma....8oz should have around 50g protein. I dont even think your body can digest 100g of protein.

Meal 5: Once again..15 oz of chicken? geez man wtf. All you need is around 8-10oz at most.

Make your meal 6...2 hours after meal 5 and just have a protein shake.

Then 1 hour after that have meal 7 which would be your meal 6 currently except dont take in protein powder. Take in some whole foods.

And thats just a start....Hope it helps a little,
    C
