Right basically say I play squash at 7pm and finish at 8pm, what would be a good meal to have after and how long after? if
a) I was bulking
b) cutting
I just wonder because say if I was cutting I wouldn't really need any carbs would I seen as bed time isn't that far off? Or does it damage muscle growth to not have any carbs after doing cardio? Of course I will be having some protein post 8pm regardless if i play squash or not.
