hey peeps, just joined todae. i am 5 " 6, 190 pounds 20 years old and yes as u see i am very obese. according to the bmr i am 1948.9
1948.9 x1.2 (light activities) = 2338 calories to maintain my current weight
so i've read to lose weight i have to reduce at least a 500 from my calories
thus 2338-500=1838 calories
so here is my question, what do i eat to have 1838 calories daily. can anyone post up a sample diet for me to make reference to cause i have no idea where to find food that states its calories.
