Carb loading
Do you guys have carb loading days when cutting with T3?
And at what point do you start carb loading, how low in carbs is the start?
I was planning my diet for next month and was thinking how some people here use carb loading when not preparing for a contest.

there are no general rules. can you post up your current diet, that will give us a better estimate of where your carbs could be manipulated.

I havent been experimenting really with carbloading on a diet.
My cutdiet isnt all done but i'll put some info:
Protein: 400gr
Chicken breast, Tuna, Fish (dont know the english name), Egg whites, beef, whey protein.
Carbs: 180gr
Oatmeal, Dextrose (Taken in: Morning, Pre workout, Post workout)
Fat: 100gr
Nuts, flaxseed oil, eggs
Total: 3220kcal
This all in 7 meals a day.
My stats:
5ft61
214lbs
12%
I'll be using Clen &T3 together in the last 6wks.
I think carb loading will have benifits, in energy maybe. But is it nessecary? Cause of the T3.
