Fat Free cottage cheese while cutting?

Hey all. So the time has come to cut the dairy and carbs way down in prep for the summer. My question is this, ive all but cut out the skim milk from my diet....maybe a cup a day now, in another week...gone. But, I like a nice slolw release protien for before bed. I usually have one cup of FF cott cheese with one tbspn of no sugar added ras jam right before bed. In your opinions will continuing this thru my cutter be a bad idea or lead to a soft look? I hate tuna....

    you hate tuna?

i always use cottage cheese PWO, and before bed occasionally. it won't make you look soft if you're lean enough. remember that.

Well im not lean enough right now....so its gone, tuna it is.....suck it up I guess. I, like everyone I guess, has shovelled so much tuna down that I cant stand it any longer. Every bite is a nini-goal, just breath and get it down...haha. Thanx.

use a little goldens mustard, there is absolutely nothing in it, and it works wonders. Lately I've been using sweet relish. You know the stuff you would put on your hot dog. A little high in sodium, just drink a big glass of water with it, you should be pretty good.

I have been mixing tuna lately with yellow mustard and salsa, keeps fats/carbs pretty low but adds alot more flavor.

I suggest check out the recipe section for tuna-patties, they got some really good recipe ideas IMO and makes tuna alot easier to eat.

Wouldn't substituting the cottage cheese for some ON casein be acceptable while cutting? Obviously whole foods are better than powders, but I would think that you wouldn't want any dairy in your diet while cutting due to the fact that you will hold water. I would think that if you are serious about getting into single digit bf percentages dairy would need to be cut out. I know nova will disagree but he's a freak of nature, lol.

nahh, the reason people don't react well to daily is that the majority have a slight allergy to it. if you really bloat with dairy i would cut it out. but to me the benefits outweigh the cons, so i use it religiously. you can get into single digits with dairy, but if you react negatively to it you will look bloated.
