    Macro help for this meal?

    Hey guys,

    Trying to fine tune the diet a little and am strugglin to figure out the macro's of this meal. I usually eat it twice a day at work so its pretty crucial i get it accurate. Thanks

    250 gram chicken breast
    100 grams potato
    100 grams sweet potato
    10 grams butter
    10 grams tasty cheese

    any help much appreciated
