    My Diet What you guys think?

    wake up Meal 1: Whey shake 3 egg whites
    Meal 2: 1 pack tuna
    lunch Meal 3: 1 chicken breast 3 tbs brown rice
    Meal 4: whey shake
    Meal 5: 2 small fish fillets and small amount spinage
    Meal befor bed 6: Casein shake 1 tbs flax seed oil


    I lift 5 days a week and do cardio 7 days

    anyways, what are your maintenance calories?

    figure those out then tell us what your goals are, your macros for each meal (and overall), when your working out etc.

    6:30 wake up Meal 1: Whey shake 3 egg whites/cal=210 pro=42 fat=1 carb=4
    9:30 Meal 2: 1 pack tuna/cal=160 pro=36 fat=1 carb=0
    11:30 lunch Meal 3: 1 chicken breast 3 tbs brown rice/cal=160 pro=28 fat=3 carb=15

    2:30 Meal 4: whey shake/cal=120 pro=24 fat=0 carb=3

    8:40 Meal 5: 2 small fish fillets and small amount spinage/cal=200 pro=42 fat=1 carb=3

    11:30 Meal befor bed 6: Casein shake 1 tbs flax seed oilcal=230 pro=24 fat=14.05 carb=0 ps most of fat and cal are from falx seed oil

    Day total = cal=1112 pro=196 fat=22.05 carb=23







    i workout after work about 6:00 pm

    mon- chest/tris 30 mins cardio
    tues- back/bis 30 mins cardio
    wed- sholders 30 mins cardio
    thurs- legs 30 mins cardio
    fri- tris/bis 30mins cardio
    sat 45 mins cardio
    sun 45 mins cardio

    trying to cut fat and get down to about 190

    figure out your maintenance cals and begin 500cals below maint.

    i think my maintenance cals are like 2500 or some shit but dude i still got a nasty gut i got to get rid of that bitch i and i think i might be off alil hear and there i might take in a few hunderd more so i might be around more like 1500 i cant figure it out to the tee i mean comon but 2000 aday still seems alot to me

    FYI if you go too low on your calories you actually do more harm than good... your body slows your metabolism down to compensate because it thinks theres a famine... and you drop more muscle (which is the key to a high metabolism) than if you were eating closer to your maintenance cals... Crazy shit, I know, but muscle maintenance should be your #1 priority when cutting...

    bro, right now im down to 220's. I'm cutting on almost 3,000 cals

    trust me, up your cals, you will be much happier, and so will your body

    damn man..... low on the carbs ehh? Dont lower your cals to much cuz if you do your body is going to just adjust to it and you'll never lose any weight...that is until you further lower cals and eventually ull only need 1 frosted flake to maintain your weight.:-)Point is... dont lower your cals to much, eat more frequently, try to get in 8 meals instead of 6, i noticed it sped my metabolism up alot when i did this, for Saturday and Sunday you should try some type of HIT cardio...its great for burning fat and great cardiovascular wise aswell. Hope this helps..later
